In certain situations, Xacte automatically adds billing codes to your payment claims, for example when one of the services you entered entitles you to a premium based on the patient’s age. Although this feature is very useful most of the time, certains specific circumstances can make the addition inappropriate. In such cases, you can follow the instructions below to prevent any code from being added to your claim automatically.
In a Grid
Select the cell that contains your claim.
At the bottom of the grid, click on the Acts dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Others section and click on Tags.
At the top of the grid, click on the field Select one or several labels and select Pas d'ajout automatique de code.
Save the line or the grid. If any codes had been added to your claim automatically, they will then be deleted.
In a Single Payment Claim
At the bottom of the claim, click on the field Select one or several labels and select Pas d'ajout automatique de code.
If any codes had been added to your claim automatically, delete them and save the claim again.
In the Mobile App
It is currently not possible to disable the automatic addition of codes in our mobile app.
